Andy's Model Crop

Postby MartyH on Sat Mar 21, 2009 2:47 pm

Here's my version of the lovely shot posted by Andy (username "foresaa") at DPR, and that Ray smudged here so beautifully.

Rather more "in your face" than Ray's version.

Hope it pleases some.

Again Marty great work, I like the brush strokes on her skin, and i think the hair would of been a nightmare for both you and Ray

Thank you Palms. You're right -- the hair was nasty.

Best,

Thanks Ray. I appreciate your comments.

A small sidelight on this one. When I cropped and then rotated the image, to make her lean forward, her dangle earring looked as though it were blowing in the wind. So it was necessary to rotate it to vertical, just so that it complied with -- rather than defied -- the laws of gravity.

Sorry for this much-delayed response.

Best,
Marty
