This is one lively toddler :-). I replaced the background as it was distracting.

Comments/advice/tips welcomed.

Wow, Sian, this is really nice! Lovely blended skin and nice pale colors. The hair is terrific and I love the eyes. Your background really works with this. Very nice!

Hi Sian,

Everything looks great, except the image left cheek, it looks like it comes forward ever so much a little too much. I have no idea as to how to fix that though! Otherwise Perfect!

Thanks all for your kind encouraging comments, much appreciated.

Lamar, I've reworked the image and also added a soft vignette (for Astelle's mum more than anything :D ). Hope there's a marked improvement.

Thanks again.

Hi Sian,

You were driving me Crazy this morning! After reading this post and looking at the top photo I wasn't seeing any difference, went to work wondering what was so different. At lunch opened both in separate browsers side by side, still couldn't see a diff, opened PS and loaded both into the same image on diff layers, clicked one layer on and off, still saw no diff. (Did play with diff blends while there, Overlay at 67% looks pretty good, and one other but forget which one now) Finally checked properties of both images and they are the SAME Image!!! Pbase must have finally fixed their replace image with a new one with same image ID number! You must have done the same thing on the Tiger Green fix! I didn't see any Green when I looked at the first posted image. Same for noise with the Rose pic.

FWIW I like seeing progress of the improvements.

Glad to know I'm not going Crazy, yet!

Hi Lamar

I got confused myself...when I edit a pic I automatically replace it in PBase...otherwise hundreds of the same image would confuse me let alone others :-) Yes, did the same thing with the tiger. I prefer using the other option for uploading here so the original version could stay but it was down at the time...I also like to see the amendments.

So would like to confirm you're not going batty :-)
