Constructive Criticism too Please

This is my niece that I did and need to your with anything that you may see.
I first used smudging and then entered the picture into Painter and played with that too. Please let me know anything I can do.

This painting looks very nice
With out seeing the original or a larger of the painting , it is a bit hard to judge.
Only thing I notice is that it has an orange tone to it.
Now that could just be my monitor.

Janet, The picture is a bit small to see it properly but to me it still needs a bit more sharpening, I do see a touch of orange but to me thats not a problem..
Its a very good smudge.. well done.

Janet, about 800 900 pixels i think.. I normaly post at 860px...
