Pink Lily

Took this picture a few years ago. Extracted it back then. Thought it would be a good candidate for my first flower smudge.
C&C welcome.

Lovely!

Marty,
This is quite nice. I love the pastel colors and how the plant just fades into the neutral background. There is something in the lower right corner that to me is a little bothersome. I'm not quite sure what it is but looks like an almost white blob on my monitor?? Outside of that this is lovely!!

Thanks Murry

I missed the white blob entirely. Now that you've pointed it out, I can see it, but just barely on my monitor. It's the remnant of my logo that was on my pre-smudge "original." I didn't want it for this post, and smudged it out -- not carefully enough though, as it turns out.

Thanks for pointing it out, Murry. I'll have to fix it before I print the Lily.

Best,

I see what you mean about the dark green thing. It does sort of stick out, doesn't it. I can't remember for sure, because it was long ago, but when I extracted the lily, I think I wanted to include some of its stem. Now I can't tell whether I did it right or not. I can't re-examine the original photo because I've either misfiled or lost it. I've looked all over, but, so far, I can't find it.

Thanks for looking, Palms--and many thanks for your comments.

Best,
