I notice that some people are thanking Fred for making his photographs available for Painting. Who is Fred, and and does he place his photographs in the public domain? What is the URL of his Web site? Thanks...

I found Fred Jame's web site, and discovered that he is a an excellent and wonderful photographer. But I didn't see any authorization and/or permission to use his photographs for painting digital pictures. Did I miss something?

Hi Patre,

You can always send him a message from his gallery, he is very kind and always let people use his photos for smudges, I have a folder full of his photos to post. I am very new to smudges so I am practicing lots before I work on Fred's wonderful photos.
